Toddler Town Learning Center WY
Educators

Little hands, big hearts, and endless possibilities—our educators make every moment a chance to learn and grow!

Danielle Green
Owner/Director

Miss Danielle is the proud owner and director of Toddler Town Learning Center WY. With years of experience in early childhood education, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. Danielle works closely with her team to provide high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences while ensuring each child receives the individual attention they need to thrive. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, play, build confidence, and feel at home while they are in our care. Outside of Toddler Town, Danielle’s favorite role is being a mama to her baby girl, Callie.

Jayden Carson
Co-Director

Miss Jayden is our Co-Director and has always had a love for working with children. Growing up with three younger sisters gave her plenty of hands-on experience caring for little ones and helped spark her passion for childcare. Jayden loves watching children learn, grow, and show just how smart and capable they are. She continues to grow in the early childhood education field while working closely with the Toddler Town team to create a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child in our care. One of her favorite parts of the day is seeing all of the children’s bright smiles each morning! Outside of Toddler Town, Jayden is also a proud new mama to a baby girl.

Reed Dunbar
Co-Director

Miss Reed is one of our Co-Directors and brings over six years of professional childcare experience, along with many years of babysitting and hands-on experience as a mom to her 9-year-old son. Her favorite part of working with children is watching their minds at work and seeing the unique ways they learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Reed is passionate about helping each child feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their day. She is dedicated to creating a loving, supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves while learning and growing at Toddler Town.

Kylie Garner
Assistant Director

Miss Kylie is our Assistant Director and brings about five years of experience working in childcare. She loves being part of each child’s growth and development and enjoys watching them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach new milestones. Kylie is currently studying elementary education and hopes to become an elementary school teacher in the future. Her passion for education shines through in the care and encouragement she gives to the children each day. Most importantly, Kylie wants families to feel confident knowing their children are safe, loved, and well cared for while they are at Toddler Town.

Cindy Guajardo

Sub Assistant Director/Lead Teacher

Miss Cindy is one of our Sub-Assistant Director and one of our Lead Teachers. With about a year of experience in childcare, she has quickly developed a love for early childhood education and is excited to continue learning and growing in the field. Cindy loves being a positive role model for the children and watching them learn, grow, and make progress each day. She strives to create a fun, supportive, and caring environment where every child feels comfortable and encouraged to be themselves. Outside of Toddler Town, Cindy loves spending time with her niece, who has played a special part in growing her love for little ones.

McKenna Heppner

Sub Assistant Director/Lead Teacher

Miss McKenna is one of our Sub-Assistant Directors and Lead Teachers. Her passion for childcare began in high school when she participated in a mentorship at an elementary school and quickly fell in love with working with children. Growing up with a younger sibling she has helped care for and guide has also played a big part in her love for supporting little ones. McKenna enjoys being part of each child’s life, watching them learn and grow, and building meaningful relationships with them along the way. She strives to be someone the children can trust, feel comfortable with, and look forward to seeing each day at Toddler Town.

Brooklyne Avery

Lead Teacher

Miss Brooklyne is one of our Lead Teachers and brings about eight years of experience caring for children through babysitting and working in childcare settings. As one of nine children with five younger siblings, caring for and connecting with little ones has been a big part of her life for many years. Brooklyne loves watching children grow, learn, and develop their own unique personalities. One of her favorite parts of working in childcare is building strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. Outside of Toddler Town, Brooklyne is pursuing a nursing degree and is excited to continue building a future centered around caring for and helping others.

Misteri Guajardo

Lead Teacher

Miss Misteri is one of our Lead Teachers and is in her first year of professionally working in childcare. As the oldest of eight children, caring for and guiding little ones has always come naturally to her, making early childhood education a wonderful fit. Misteri loves watching each child grow, learn, and discover their own unique personality. She especially values building strong relationships not only with the children in her care, but with their families as well, so they can celebrate each child’s growth and milestones together. As a mama to a beautiful 6-year-old girl herself, Misteri understands how important it is for parents to feel confident in the people caring for their children. Being someone families can trust and creating meaningful relationships with both children and parents is something she takes great pride in.

Karlee Gledhill

Assistant Teacher

Miss Karlee is one of our Assistant Teachers and has been around childcare from a young age. She first began helping her mom while she ran a daycare, and later spent several years babysitting for family and family friends before joining the Toddler Town team. Karlee has always enjoyed caring for children and loves the joy they bring each day. Some of her favorite moments are hearing children learn new words, watching them try new things, and seeing their smiles and laughter when they discover something they enjoy. For as long as she can remember, Karlee has had an interest in becoming a teacher. While she is still exploring what she wants to do in the future, working with children remains one of the paths she feels strongly about.
